Just because school has started and fall is right around the corner, I’m not quite ready to give up on some summer flavors!
Turkey Cutlets in Mango Salsa:
Ingredients:
1 pound of turkey breast cutlets.
1 can tomatoes and chilies
2 mangoes
2 peaches
1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Peel and chop up the fruit. In a small bowl, combine the can of tomatoes and chilies with the chopped fruit, water, and dried onion flakes. Lay the pieces of meat into the bottom of the crockpot. Stagger them slightly so that they don’t stick together. Cover with your newly-made salsa!
Cook on low for 5-8 hours.
Serve up and listen to your family say yum!
